This choker has been handcrafted in silver and has been oxidised, to enhance the texture and highlight the gold stripe. The stripe has been fused onto the silver, using a technique called Keum Boo, which is a Korean technique that enables you to fuse the 24-carat gold onto silver, using pressure and heat.
It has a jump ring soldered to the back of the disc, which the leather necklet passes through. this gives a neat finish, but also makes the disc look like it is floating.
